All Photography is Owned, Captured and Edited by Rustic by Zeruviah. 

Watermarking is not included in my work, but all shares, posts, and online content containing my photography must include a tag or credit for the photographer. No client may edit, or change the integrity of the photo after it is sent to said client. Touchups, including but not limited too, filters, makeup apps, VSCO Filters, and retouches of any kind will not be tolerated and will be reported and your gallery may be subject to deletion as well as any accounts where said tampered photos are posted will be reported. If any and all of my photography is posted with the intent to take credit for my phototgraphy your gallery will be deleted, post(s) reported, and will pursue prosecution for fraud. Photos are owned and captured by Rustic by Zeruviah. This company can deny service to anyone at anytime. Bullying, harrasment and sharing of said account with slander will not be tolerated. Prices for services are determined between client and Rustic by Zeruviah as well as photo amount. Rustic by Zeruviah is not responsible for problems arising upon day, limited photo amount due to uncooperative clients or last minute changes. All sessions are taken seriously with the intent to capture as much as possible with all images that turn out well, a decision made by Rustic by Zeruviah, are edited and sent back through your online gallery. Specifics and details about your personal session are discussed between client and this business, not every session is the same but all are dealt with with professionalism and integtity.
